Hearing my neighbors through thin walls was distracting, and frequent lack of hot water made showers frustrating. Yet, the beachfront location had potential, but the awful smell from the ocean really diminished my experience.

The staff was always at hand.

We had a delightful stay with stunning views of the ocean that left everyone in awe. The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance getting to the boat for Budya Island. With four babies, their service truly made our trip enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more options for baby-friendly meals.

Beautiful grounds but disappointing room quality

I enjoyed the beautifully landscaped grounds and friendly service during my stay. However, my room was outdated and not well maintained. the bathroom needed serious upgrades. The beachfront location was lovely, but the overall upkeep of the rooms left much to be desired.

Woke up to the sound of waves crashing outside our sea-facing apartment. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the beach was stunning!

However, the room was not adequately cleaned. We found cockroaches that ruined our comfort, and the room service was frustratingly slow, taking over an hour to deliver.

The beach access was a dream come true! I lounged under the sun on the soft sand while sipping on refreshing cocktails. My spacious studio apartment had fine ocean views and a cozy balcony for those sunset vibes.

Had a nice 3-night stay in a spacious room with a comfy bed and balcony. The hotel offers amazing fitness facilities, including a sauna, outdoor pool, and various fitness classes. The food was great, especially breakfast with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and really attentive throughout our stay.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a lovely swimming pool, and a fantastic restaurant. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with heavy baggage. I always feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Spent two nights in a Standard King Room at White Sands. The ocean view blew me away. The location right on the beach is stunning, and the staff were genuinely hospitable. When I asked for a late checkout, it was granted effortlessly, which I really appreciated. However, I faced some issues that impacted my stay. I booked a bed and breakfast option but was surprised to be told I had to pay again for room service breakfast. That felt off, especially considering the price I already paid. On top of that, I found some staff unresponsive when I needed assistance. I expected more attention to detail, especially with comfort during my stay. The mixed experience made me wish for a smoother process.
